To help with purchasing the correct size we have prepared the information below. It is very important to read this to have the best chance of purchasing the correct piece of sportswear. The basic rule though is to go up from your normal size by at least one or sometimes two sizes.

Our clothing ranges are created to cater all age groups from youth athletes through to large adults - therefore by starting at "XS" for youths only you will find that our size curve is small and if you are a medium with another brand, you might indeed need a "L" or "XL" from us.

Some of our first time customers like to order two sizes in one go and then gift the other and share the love. This helps us, our supported charities and the world SO MUCH! If you can do this - we love you! If you can't, we still love you - but let's take care when ordering so we can keep the carbon emissions down!

Lastly - we have free returns if you do need to change sizes. Please send back to us in the original packaging with tags attached.

General sizing examples

You're an average height (5' 3"), mature female, with an average frame size - we'd actually suggest a "L" T-shirt. If you're taller or broader go upwards.

For a male athlete again with average height (5' 9") and average frame size - probably "XL". When we say "average" by the way we're indicating not built like a professional cyclist (slim) or rugby player (bulky).

The youth athletes who wear the T's find the "XS" could be perfect for around the 10-12 yr olds, "S or M" for 14-16 yr olds.

XXL / XXXL are for larger / taller builds - if you usually fit the larger sizes for other brands or want something that is roomier these are for you!
